We reached terms on an offer on The Piedmont project. This is our second project in a row to sell before completion.

After helping a property owner complete a lot confirmation, we closed on the purchase of a new lot. Plans are being drawn for a new single family residence on this new lot in the Piedmont Neighborhood.

The sale of The Webster house has officially closed.

We broke ground on a new single family project on NE Rosa Parks Blvd. This project is closely patterned after the Recycled Residence.

Framing has begun on the Roselawn Townhomes project in the Alberta Arts neighborhood. Completion is anticipated in June of 2009.

We broke ground on a new single family project in the historic Piedmont neighborhood of NE Portland. The project is scheduled for completion in April of 2009.
