We broke ground on a new single family project in the historic Piedmont neighborhood of NE Portland. Photos and project details may be found here. The project is scheduled for completion in mid February of 2009.

The Recycled Residence was featured on the Build It Green! Tour of Homes, hosted by the Office of Sustainable Development on Saturday, September 20. The event was a huge success, with an estimated 350 people coming to view the house. Much of the credit for the success of the event goes to OSD for doing a wonderful job of organizing and publicizing the event.

We broke ground on the Webster House. Over the next few months, a new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house will be erected on this lot. Many of the finishes and features from the Recycled Residence will also be present in this project. Check back frequently for updated photos of the construction progress.
