The Webster House is coming along nicely. We are still on track to finish in February. The house is already recieving interest from some prospective buyers.

We broke ground on a new single family project in the historic Piedmont neighborhood of NE Portland. The project is scheduled for completion in mid March of 2009.

The Recycled Residence was featured on the Build It Green! Tour of Homes, hosted by the Office of Sustainable Development on Saturday, September 20. The event was a huge success, with an estimated 350 people coming to view the house. Much of the credit for the success of the event goes to OSD for doing a wonderful job of organizing and publicizing the event.

We broke ground on the Webster House. Over the next few months, a new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house will be erected on this lot. Many of the finishes and features from the Recycled Residence will also be present in this project. Check back frequently for updated photos of the construction progress.

Our mixed use development was one of seven projects selected to receive grant money from the Green Investment Fund offered through the Portland Office of Sustainable Development.
