Portland Observer : Two new condominiums are nearing completion at 34 and 38 N.E. Going St., but these are no ordinary homes. These condos represent a new level of accomplishment for infill development. Robel and Meron Alemseghed immigrated to the United States from Eritrea at an early age. They grew up in northeast Portland, where they have resided for the past 25 years.
