If you already own a piece of property (or you are attempting to acquire a piece of property) with development potential, but you don’t quite know how to go about the development, then consider a partnership with Bridgecity Group. We will establish a partnership agreement for the development of the property. Usually, the investor will provide the property and/or financing, while Bridgecity Group will utilize its knowledge and understanding of the development process in Portland and its extensive network of professionals in order to provide the development plan, perform the build out, and conduct the sales. This option means that the investor shares the risk in the project, but also shares the reward. Please contact us with any questions or ideas that you may have for a partnership opportunity.
If you want to put your money to work in a high return investment, but you don’t quite know where to put it, we can help. Bridgecity can utilize cash investments in a variety of ways, which allows for a wide range of investing options for the investor. This is a lower risk option, as returns are guaranteed according to the terms of the investment agreement that is established between the investor and Bridgecity Group.
