Our Story Since 1996, brothers Meron and Robel Alemseghed had been working on multiple remodel projects which included commercial property in Hilsboro and several vintage homes in the inner North and Northeast areas of Portland. Their success in these renovation projects made it apparent that they would need an official business structure in order to continue their growth in the housing industry. In 2006 they formed BridgeCity Group Inc. Just 10 years after their modest start in remodeling, the brothers held over 30 properties in inventory, all ripe for development.
