While driving through the Alameda neighborhood one day, we saw a house that stood out as an excellent specimine of the kind of the early 1900s craftsman look that we want to emulate in our new construction projects. Around that same time, we were approached by a property owner about splitting off part of her lot and building a new house on it. As it turns out, the house we so admired in Alameda would be a perfect fit for a build out on the lot we were helping to create. The result of this match made in heaven is this new single family home in the Piedmont neighborhood of NE Portland. We are referring to this project as the Loveleigh House in recognition of the legal description of the neighborhood as the Loveleigh neighborhood.

Project Progress:  Aside from a few minor touch ups, this house is done.  The staging furniture is in, and we are holding open houses.

Open House:  Sunday, February 7, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
