Our renovation of this property included the addition of 2 new dormers on the second story to add square footage.  The house already had some impressive wood work in it when we got into it.  Robel worked his magic on the woodwork and made this place look like new.  Every glorious amenity that could be conceived was worked into this project.  For example, see the jetted tub in the master or the wainscoating in the bathroom.  This property offered all of these features with the fact that the it is located in one of Portland's grandest historic neighborhoods.
